8‑hour shifts between 6:00am–7:00pm and 5:00pm to 3:00am


JFK Airport Branch – Inside Terminal 7
(Scheduled to relocate to Terminal 6 within this year)

① Responsibilities
・Customer service duties at JFK Airport (customer assistance, reservations, ticket verification, check‑in, baggage handling for departures/arrivals, complaint handling, etc.)
・Pre‑ and post‑flight operations (pre‑departure preparation, communication with other airlines, managing in‑flight meals, confirming passenger special requests, handling lost baggage, lounge/stock control, catering services, etc.)
・General administrative tasks (preparing and ordering airport supplies and documents required for operations, preparing monthly and other reports)
・Other duties as needed (e.g., handling flight delays)
・Supervising and monitoring contracted staff and service quality

This is a team‑oriented work environment.

The role involves physical tasks such as assisting passengers, handling baggage, standing, walking, and lifting items.
You will also use airport systems and PCs for check‑in and reporting, and strong communication skills are required for interaction with colleagues, customers, and other airlines.

Although not frequent, business travel for training or meetings (e.g., Los Angeles, Tokyo) may be required depending on operational needs.

・Business‑level English; able to prepare reports and handle business communication
・Must have valid U.S. work authorization (no visa sponsorship)
・Major/field of study not required
・PC skills required (Excel, Word basic skills; PowerPoint preferred)
・Valid driver’s license required
・Able to work collaboratively as part of a team

③ Conditions
・Salary: $26.80–$28.13 per hour
・Bonus: Generally not provided (May be paid depending on company performance)
・Work Time: 5 days per week (Sun–Sat)
・8‑hour shifts between 6:00am–7:00pm and 5:00pm to 3:00am
・Must be able to work early morning or late‑night shifts
・Weekend and holiday shifts required
・Unpaid lunch break included
・Overtime: May occur depending on flight operations
・OT pay applies when weekly hours exceed 40
・Probation: 90 days from hire
