Job Title: Japanese Bilingual Network Engineer
Location: Torrance
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Onsite
Starting Saraly:
-Entry level: $18-$19/ Hour
-Experienced (Requires at least 1 year of full-time relevant experience) ：$20-$25/ Hour
Benefit: Medical/Dental - 3 month after probation

Job Responsibilities：
●Perform maintenance and troubleshooting for servers, workstations, and network systems
●Provide remote and on-site technical support
●Configure and manage Windows Server environments, including Backup/UPS systems
●Handle workstation setup, including data migration, email, printer, and application configuration
●Conduct network diagnostics and setup; repair PCs and laptops
●Manage Domain/DNS and Email Server environments
Requirements：
●Must be legally authorized to work in the United States or possess a valid work visa
●Strong communication skills in both English and Japanese
●Valid California Driver’s License
●Open to learning and growth
Preferred Skills：
●Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Windows environments (Server 2016/2019/2022, Windows 10/11)
●Experience configuring routers (firewalls), wireless networks, and printers
●Troubleshooting and repair experience for Windows Server and Workstation environments, including virus removal and system configuration
●Experience with Hyper-V or VMware administration
●Knowledge of firewalls and security-related technologies
●Experience managing Domain/DNS and email-related systems
●Experience with MS365 (Email, SharePoint) setup and administration
●Linux server administration experience
●Experience building and managing Azure or AWS environments
●Experience with Cloud Hosted PBX setup and management
