Detail: Japanese trading company seeks an Aircraft Parts Associate Coordinator /Repair.

Salary Range: $20-$21/ H Depends on your experience plus overtime pay/ non-exempt

Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM ( 7.5 hours/day) after a 3‑month probationary period.
Work Arrangement: Hybrid — Work in the office at least two days per week after a 3‑month probationary period. Mon-Fri.
*During the initial 90‑day Introductory Period, employees are expected to work on‑site on a daily basis, as this period is dedicated to training.
Responsibilities:
-Handle stock repair order & SORO and communicate with Repair shop & our sales memers.
-Data entry of repair orders in the system.
-Handle the transfer of shipments between storage company, repair shop and our office.
-Analyze repair history and quotation to process repair quicker.
-Communicate with shops to improve relationship.
-Support our sales members inquiries such as RFQ of POSH or EO, and communicate with repair shop to have the information.
-Manage customer's claims for quick solutions with reasonable way to both companies.
-Learn and utilize technical data resources (CMM & IPC) for customer's support.
-Manage your time and complete assigned tasks within the time specified.
-Other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time, including after hours
Physical Requirements & Working Environment:
-While performing the duties of this job, the staff is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk and/or listen. Use hands to pick-up, handle, carry, and reach with hands and arms.
-The staff must occasionally lift and/ or move items up to 20 pounds.
-Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
-The noise level in the work environment is moderate (Ex. Working in a business office with computers, printers, and telephones).
-The staff is required to attend the company events, gatherings and trainings during the work hours.
-The staff may be required to travel for business and / or work beyond normal business hours when necessary.
Minimum Requirements:
