Engineering Manager
**Job Type:** Full-time (Exempt)
About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead equipment reliability, continuous improvement, and new project launches in a manufacturing environment.
In this role, you’ll work cross-functionally with production, quality, and external partners to ensure smooth operations, meet customer expectations, and drive cost improvements.
What You’ll Do
* Oversee maintenance and improvement of manufacturing equipment
* Lead new product launches and production readiness activities
* Ensure on-time delivery and high-quality output
* Investigate equipment and quality issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions
* Partner with internal teams to improve processes and meet performance targets
* Manage tooling, repairs, and vendor coordination to avoid production downtime
* Work with suppliers and manufacturers to reduce costs and introduce new technologies
* Support company-wide initiatives and step in during critical issues as needed
* Build strong relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners
* Travel occasionally as required
What We’re Looking For
* Associate degree in Engineering or 2+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Hands-on problem solver with a proactive mindset
* Willingness to travel as needed
* Valid driver’s license
Nice to Have
* Experience with equipment maintenance, tooling, or process improvement
* Background in quality troubleshooting and cost reduction initiatives
* Experience working with suppliers or global teams
