Position Summary
The primary responsibility of this role is to prepare and produce English-language research reports using Microsoft Word and Excel, and distribute them through internal systems.
The role requires close coordination with global teams across multiple time zones, making responsiveness, accuracy, and teamwork essential.

• Maintain internal standards for quality and formatting of research materials.

• Utilize desktop publishing tools and digital platforms to produce and distribute research products efficiently.

Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), including formatting and editorial features.
• Ability to manage high volumes of communication using collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and Outlook.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new internal systems and troubleshoot technical issues.
Attention to Detail
• Strong commitment to accuracy and adherence to internal style guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Language & Communication
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Japanese.
• Experience in translation, editing, and proofreading of technical or financial materials preferred.
• Ability to clearly communicate complex information across cross-functional teams.
• Experience working in Japan or with Japanese companies, and familiarity with financial terminology, is a plus.

Essential Duties
Document Management
• Prepare and format research reports in English, including complex tables and charts.
• Review translated materials for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to internal guidelines.
Communication & Coordination
• Communicate with global teams to ensure timely publication of research materials.
• Coordinate with translators, analysts, and other team members.
Research Publication Support
• Produce and distribute stock reports, newsletters, and research materials in both English and Japanese.
• Manage outsourced workflow requests and perform administrative tasks related to research production.
