We’re searching for a highly qualified project manager/account manager to help us maintain our position as a competitive OEM in the ever-evolving international automotive industry. The ideal candidate will have experience and strong skills in project management and account management.


We are currently seeking an *Outside Sales / Account Manager* to support our business expansion in the U.S. market. This position plays a key role in managing customer relationships, supporting product development projects, and identifying new business opportunities within the automotive and powersports industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers and manage all client communications.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers to support continued business growth.
Identify new business opportunities within the U.S. market and expand sales with both new and existing clients.
Manage customer accounts throughout the product lifecycle, from pre-award and development to mass production.
Work closely with internal teams including engineers, buyers, and planners both locally and overseas.
Prepare quotations, manage project timelines, and monitor project progress.
Ensure customer expectations are met in terms of quality, cost, and delivery.
Report project status and potential risks to management and coordinate solutions when needed.

Qualifications*

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
*2–3 years of sales experience in the U.S. market*
Experience in *automotive, powersports, or manufacturing industries* preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work with cross-functional and multicultural teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
*Fluent in English*
*Spanish language skills are a plus (Japanese not required)*

Additional Information:

*Travel:* Minimal (typically 1–2 times per month or less)
*Work arrangement:* Hybrid – up to *2 days remote work per week*
*Salary:* Up to *$90,000 (depending on experience)*
