We are seeking a motivated Foodservice Sales Representative to drive the adoption of our premium oils and functional fat solutions within the U.S. restaurant industry. You will work directly with operators, restaurant chains, and distributors to grow market impact and expand our presence in key culinary segments.
What You Will Do
Develop new operator accounts in target segments such as sushi/Japanese, rice concepts, and ramen/noodle shops
Partner with distributor buyers and sales teams on product registration, promotions, demonstrations, and training
Represent the company at the NRA Show and regional industry events
Collect and share market insights, including competitor SKUs, pricing, merchandising, and product trends
Manage KPIs such as sales growth, distribution expansion, conversion rates, and forecast accuracy
Requirements (Must-Have)
Bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese
Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in the U.S. foodservice or restaurant industry
Experience working with distributors (U.S. or Japanese) or chain headquarters
Understanding of kitchen operations and functional fats/ingredients
Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce or Dynamics) and Microsoft 365
Ability to travel nationwide and a valid driver's license
U.S. work authorization
Bachelor’s degree
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with menu development, R&D, or operations teams at chain headquarters
Knowledge or network in ramen/noodle concepts, Asian cuisine, or foodservice/QSR
Pricing and contract negotiation experience
Data-driven selling and analytical skills
Digital Marketing experiences or insights.

Hybrid / Field-based role (50–70% travel)

Compensation (California Pay Transparency)
Base Salary: From $72,000 (commensurate with experience)
Incentives/Bonus: Performance-based (sales, gross margin, etc.)
