Role Summary
We are seeking a senior-level engineer who combines strong hands-on implementation skills with architecture design, technical leadership, and team management capabilities. This role sits at the intersection of AI, data, and enterprise platforms.
You will lead system development from PoC through production, define technical direction, manage a small engineering team, and participate in technical discussions with OEM and enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
•Design and develop enterprise applications and knowledge platforms as a full stack engineer
•Build AI-enabled systems leveraging LLMs and RAG architectures
•Lead system and solution architecture design
•Translate business and functional requirements into technical designs
•Own implementation from PoC to production deployment
•Manage and mentor a small engineering team
•Conduct code reviews and ensure engineering quality
•Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams
•Participate in technical discussions with clients and OEM partners
•Support estimation, planning, and technical risk assessment
Required Qualifications
•7+ years of professional software development experience (or equivalent)
•Strong full stack development experience
•Proven system and architecture design capabilities
•Experience delivering systems from PoC to production
•Team leadership and management experience
•Client-facing or stakeholder-facing experience
•Backend and API design experience
•Cloud-based development experience
•Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently
