Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (flex schedule, 7.5 hours/day after a 3‑month probationary period.)
Work Arrangement: Hybrid - On-site work is required at least two days per week, and remote work is permitted on the remaining days. These conditions are based on the policy as of February 2026 and may be subject to change depending on future circumstances. Please note that some supervisors may require more than two on-site workdays per week. During the training period, employees are generally required to work on‑site every day.

Responsibilities:
●Take initiative to handle all GA related daily operations.
●Achieve the goals in annual GA & HR action plan.
●Demonstrate leadership and train all team members in order to process GA&HR daily operations.
●Handle all trade compliance management related matters.
●Handle all personal information management based on the California Privacy Rights Act.
●Handle all corporate liability insurances / corporate licenses.
●Handle all shareholders' / board of directors meeting related matters.
●Handle all facility administration and maintain safe and clean office environment.
●Manage security systems/cameras and access card system to enhance office security.
●Maintain lease equipment, company vehicles, office supplies, cellular phones and office keys.
●Handle other roles or special projects assigned by supervisor.

Physical Requirements & Working Environment:
●While performing the duties of this job, the staff is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk and/or listen. Use hands to pick-up, handle, carry, and reach with hands and arms.
●The staff must occasionally lift and/ or move items up to 20 pounds.
●Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
●The noise level in the work environment is moderate (Ex. Working in a business office with computers, printers, and telephones).
●The staff is required to attend the company events, gatherings and trainings during the work hours.
●The staff may be required to travel for business and / or work beyond normal business hours when necessary.


Minimum Requirements:
-Language skills-
●Ability to effectively respond to questions from customers, management, staff, and the general public in English and Japanese.
●Ability to communicate verbally and in writing to individuals and groups in English and Japanese.
●Ability to write reports and procedure manuals in English and Japanese.

-Mathematical Skills-
●Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions.

-Reasoning Skills-
●Ability to apply knowledge and sense of understanding to carry-out detailed written or oral instructions.
●Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

-Other skills-
●Must be tactful, mature, flexible and able to successfully respond to multiple work pressures.
●Must be able to use a computer and applications soft as Microsoft Windows/Office etc.

-Work Experiences-
●4 years or more of related knowledge and experience.
