1. Position Summary:
This role is responsible for executing day-to-day IT PMO operations, including project cost management, project status reporting, and resource planning in coordination with the IT Lead. The position supports multi-region IT projects by managing budget tracking, cost reconciliation, and regular status updates under established governance. The role works closely with the IT Lead, Project Manager, vendors, and internal teams, with clear supervision and escalation paths. Financial governance, decision-making, and executive communication remain under the supervision of the Lead IT PMO.
2. Minimum Qualification:
"- 5+ years of experience in IT PMO, or project management support roles within the financial services sector.
- Hands-on experience with project budget tracking, invoice processing, and cost reconciliation.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word)"
3. Desired Qulifications:
"- Experience working in large-scale financial services projects, especially in the context of leasing business environment
- Familiarity with project management tools like MS project, ServiceNow, JIRA, and confluence.
- Experience working with stakeholders across multiple regions, including US, EMEA, and Tokyo.
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle
- Project management certifications or formal training such as PMP, CAPM, or equivalent, and strong understanding of project management methodologies."
The role requires onsite presence at the New Jersey office one or two days per week, based on client direction and project needs. Remote work is permitted for the remaining days, following the EST time zone. All services need to be performed within the United States.
