Days/Hours: 5 days/week (Monday - Friday) X 8.0 working hours/day (9am -6pm, including one hour unpaid lunch)- On-site

General Position Summary:
This position is responsible for supporting both Human Resources (HR) and General Administration (GA) functions to ensure smooth operations and compliance with company policies. The role requires balancing HR-related tasks (60%) and GA-related tasks (40%), contributing to effective organizational management.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources (60%)
●Provide day-to-day support for HR operations and compliance with regulations
●Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee development initiatives
●Maintain and update employee database and records
●Support payroll and benefits administration
●Act as a liaison between employees and management
●Contribute to the creation and implementation of HR policies and procedures
General Administration (40%)
●Perform office administration tasks to support daily operations
●Manage office and store supply orders, including pricing and vendor coordination
●Handle leasing contracts and coordinate maintenance projects with on-site managers
●Oversee phone lines, mobile devices, and related administrative tasks
●Ensure smooth communication and workflow across departments
Required Skills & Qualifications:
●Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
●Strong communication skills (telephone, online, and team-based)
●Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
●Minimum of 1 year of working experience in HR/GA field
●Able to commute to the office location during working hours, 5 days per week (Mon–Fri).
Language Requirements:
Japanese: Business-level fluency (Must be able to read, speak, and write Japanese at a business level.)
English: Conversational-level proficiency
