Position Summary
The Data Analyst will be responsible for managing daily and monthly operational reporting for the headquarters in Japan. This role requires strong analytical skills, high accuracy, and the ability to work with detailed numerical data. While Japanese language is not required, candidates who are comfortable working with a Japanese-style business culture are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Create daily and monthly performance reports for the Japan headquarters
Maintain and manage operational data using Excel and Google Sheets
Build and optimize spreadsheets, formulas, and data tracking tools
Ensure a high level of accuracy and consistency in all reports
Work collaboratively with internal teams to collect and validate data
Support ad-hoc data analysis as needed
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
Ability to work with detailed numerical data and complex formulas
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present data clearly
Japanese language not required, but openness to Japanese business culture is preferred
Previous experience in reporting, data management, or analysis is a plus
