We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive SAP Specialist to support and optimize our SAP One system in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing system configurations, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of SAP-related processes across departments.
Responsibilities:
・Manage and maintain SAP One system settings, configurations, and user access.
・Support daily SAP operations including data management, reporting, and troubleshooting.
・Collaborate with accounting, production, and logistics teams to streamline system workflows.
・Analyze business requirements and implement system improvements.
・Provide user training and technical support to internal teams.
・Work closely with external SAP vendors or consultants for updates and issue resolution.
・Ensure data accuracy and system compliance with company policies.
Qualifications:
・Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
・Proven experience working with SAP Business One.
・Manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
・Strong understanding of business processes in accounting, inventory, and production.
・Experience with ERP integration and data analysis tools preferred.
・Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
・Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
