Position Overview
The Customer Service Associate is an entry-level role designed to provide a foundation in ERP operations, quoting, order processing, and customer service professionalism.
In this position, you will be expected to:
• Build a strong foundation during the learning and development phase to support customer and company needs.
• Learn and accurately operate the company’s ERP system, understanding its processes and flows.
• Follow established processes, procedures, and rules to ensure stable execution of core tasks such as quoting and order processing.
• Develop professionalism, including workplace conduct and customer-facing manners.
• Handle straightforward cases accurately while gaining an understanding of internal workflows.
• Become a reliable point of contact by providing accurate, timely, and professional support to customers.
Everyday tasks include, but are not limited to:
• Utilize the ERP system to prepare accurate quotes and process customer orders
• Communicate with customers by responding to emails timely, assessing needs, and building relationships
• Source and procure parts based on customer specifications
• Enter and maintain accurate records for quotes, orders, and customer data
• Track order status and follow up with vendors, logistics, or internal teams as needed
• Support resolution of routine shipment or order issues
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
• Other relevant tasks
