Compensation Range
・Base Salary: $47/ hour (Approx. $98,000 / year)
・Total Annual Compensation (including bonus): Approx. $110,000 / year + comprehensive benefits package
Key Responsibilities (★ =Top-Priority Duties)
★ Lead and implement public relations and communication strategies based on the company’s brand objectives.
★ Manage media relations including press releases, interviews, and crisis communication.
・Plan and operate social media and digital promotions (content creation, scheduling,
performance analysis).
・Organize and execute events and campaigns such as product launches and exhibitions.
・Collaborate with influencers and external partners for joint promotional initiatives.
・Manage and develop the PR team (including Assistant PR Manager).
・Coordinate public relations policies and translation requests with headquarters and global offices.
Required Experience & Qualifications
・Minimum 5 years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, or a related field.
・Expertise in media relations, brand strategy, or digital marketing.
・Proven leadership experience managing small teams or assistant-level staff.
・Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English (business level).
・Strong ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with multicultural and international teams.
・Strategic thinker with a strong sense of brand ownership and hands-on execution ability.
