Position Summary:
seeking a proactive and experienced Sales Representative to support both existing and new customers. This role is responsible for managing quotations, forecasts, and customer relationships, while working closely with the operations and factory teams to ensure timely and profitable delivery of products. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in EMS or manufacturing sales, with the ability to lead communication, resolve issues, and drive customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Quotations & Program Support
・Prepare and manage quotations for RFQ (new models), RFC (future programs), ECR/ECN (spec changes).
・Submit pricing proposals to customers within two weeks of receiving requests.
・Collaborate with factories (e.g., Group company in Thailand) to gather cost data and finalize quotes.
・Update pricing semi-annually (e.g., Nichia pricing for LED) and annually (APR for NAL).
・Ensure profit margins are maintained and implementation timelines are met.
Forecast (FCST) Management
・Download and review customer forecasts daily, identifying discrepancies or concerns.
・Set and communicate factory forecasts, including safety stock levels for new and EOP (End of Production) models.
・Analyze weekly/monthly changes and compare against historical data.
・Update and distribute long-term forecasts monthly.
Forecast Variability Support
・Investigate sudden increases or decreases in forecast volumes.
・Communicate changes to factories and internal teams, including cost implications.
・Prepare and submit cost estimates (e.g., expedited shipping or material sourcing) to customers with proper documentation.
Urgent Delivery & Shortage Management
・Coordinate emergency response with factories and logistics teams in case of unexpected demand changes.
・Confirm quantities and shipping instructions with customers.
・Lead resolution efforts and maintain accountability until issue is resolved.
Customer Purchase Order (PO) Handling
・Receive and verify POs from customer systems or direct communication.
・Ensure PO details align with quotations (price, quantity, delivery terms).
・Register and communicate new PO information with Operations.
Customer Satisfaction & Quality
・Maintain customer satisfaction levels above 95%.
・Monitor and improve Supplier Score Card ratings (e.g., delivery, quality, responsiveness).
・Actively participate in customer surveys, audits, and follow-up tasks related to quality issues or disaster response.
Financial Coordination
・Resolve payment issues (tooling, charging costs, dead stock, etc.) in coordination with accounting.
・Obtain and submit necessary POs, credit memos, and documentation on time.
・Ensure all billing issues are closed within the month of occurrence.
Reporting & Internal Communication
・Submit weekly sales reports, issue tracking, and pricing updates.
・Coordinate with management on customer issues, cost discussions, or budget planning.
・Maintain visibility and accountability for all outstanding tasks.
Meetings
・ Attend regular meetings with:
ー Customers (weekly/monthly)
ー Group company in Thailand / Taxan Mexico
ー Internal teams (MWO, Sales, and Management)
・Take initiative in scheduling meetings for issue resolution and information sharing.
Teamwork & Communication
・Proactively communicate progress to customers and internal stakeholders.
・Respond to all inquiries and emails in a timely manner.

Qualifications:
・Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in EMS or manufacturing industries.
・Experience in quotation management, customer negotiations, and handling product/program changes.
・Strong analytical skills for demand/supply trend analysis.
・Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
・Experience with ISO-9001 and TS-16949 is a plus.
・Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
・Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks under pressure.
・ Must be collaborative, self-driven, and solution-focused.
