Job Summary:
General Responsibilities
This position is responsible for supporting users and management of local systems with from IT Manager and/or Global IT team. Person will act as liaison between end users and IT Manager/Global IT team.
Essential Job Functions
System Administration
•Manage and maintain the local Servers, Virtual Machines, physical/virtual networks, network hardware, VoIP, locally developed and implemented systems, and IT assets.
End user support/training
•Support end users with IT related questions and issues as first point of contact. Be a liaison between end user and Global IT support team for systems managed by global IT. Become key user for the site for all system and perform trainings to users.
•Gather and document issues and improvement ideas, and their requirements
System implementation
•Support IT Manager and Global IT to implement new system/functionalities to the local site by being a liaison between end user and IT Manager/Global IT, document requirements from the end users, perform testing of new functions/systems, train end users, and support.
•Research and implementation of locally selected systems.
Data Management
•Perform master data maintenance as well as analysis and audit.
Development
•Develop and/or configure local systems using low code/no code tools, and/or 3rd party software tools following standard Development cycle.
Job Requirements
Basic IT skill requirements
•Basic knowledge of PC hardware, Windows OS, smart phone devices, network, printers, and servers.
•Proficient in Microsoft office applications.
IT plus factors
•Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, any programming languages, Microsoft Power Platform, Azure network and virtual machines.
Other non-system skills
•Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
•Ability to prioritize the issues based on the business impact.
•Excellent communication skills with detail reporting.
