Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Representative to join our team, focusing on machine tools. This individual will report to our local Sales Manager and play a key role in expanding our customer base and maintaining strong relationships with both end users and distributors.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage sales activities in the assigned territory
Work closely with end users and distributors to promote our machine tool products
Collaborate with internal teams including engineering, applications, and service when needed
Travel as required (approximately 20–30%, including occasional travel to Canada and Mexico)
Qualifications:
10–15 years of sales experience in the machine tool industry
Experience with a Japanese machine tool builder, major distributor, or importer preferred
Background in engineering, applications, or service is a plus
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
No Japanese language skills required
