**Position Summary:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic IT Planning and Compliance Specialist to support financial institution clients. This role combines IT budgeting and planning with contract management and audit coordination, ensuring seamless operations and regulatory alignment across projects.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead IT planning efforts, including proposal creation, budget submission, and fiscal oversight
- Review, negotiate, and manage contracts in accordance with internal policies and client expectations
- Coordinate and respond to audit requests from financial institutions, including IT-specific audits
- Maintain compliance documentation and liaise with internal and external stakeholders on audit findings
- Monitor regulatory changes and support process enhancements to align with industry standards
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in IT planning and/or financial services
- Strong understanding of budgeting, contract management, and audit protocols
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional environments
- Bilingual ability (e.g., Japanese-English) for global operations
