JOB PURPOSE:
This role requires multitasking across a range of responsibilities, including handling payroll and accounting activities, receiving and forwarding communications, and taking care of more general clerical duties.
Administrative officer may also be responsible for inventory event planning and organization, as well as serving
as a greeter for incoming office visitors.

JOB DUTIES:
Receiving and processing communication channels, including email, phone, and physical mail.
Assisting human resource department by administering employee related operations such as hiring,
payroll submissions and employee benefit plans.
Submit purchase orders, process invoices, verify receipts and methodically report to proper outlets.
Plan inventory techniques to avoid any shortages or excesses and re-stock consumables as well as
office supplies by submitting purchase order request or making online purchases as needed.
Coordinate monthly inventory and input inventory results into Excel Spreadsheet to keep track of all
consumable goods and report other month-end data as requested.
Ensure to follow company policies and safety procedures at all times.
Employee will be required to perform other duties as directed by Management

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
This person must possess excellent communication / people skills, both verbal and written.
Be self-motivated and possess good organizational skills.
Be able to meet deadlines through effective time management skills
Must be able to work under pressure.
Must be able to use a Personal Computer with monitor or laptop, calculator, copy machine, telephone, fax, voice mail, email, printer and use Word and Excel programs.
Japanese or/and Spanish skills strongly preferred.
