Role: Project Manager Candidate for SAP S/4HANA Implementation Project

Expected Process:
- Procurement and production processes will be executed in a separate manufacturing ERP system, with data registered in SAP S/4HANA via an interface.
- SD and FICO processes will be executed within SAP S/4HANA.
- This project also involves building a pilot for the global template, requiring communication and decision-making with the Japanese headquarters, making bilingual proficiency essential.
Experience & Skills:
- Proven success as a Project Manager in a full-phase SAP S/4HANA implementation project (preferably with experience in SAP implementation for Japanese companies).
- In addition to PM experience, prior experience as an SAP module consultant (preferably in FICO or SD, given the project scope).
- Strong communication skills, proactive leadership, and a track record of driving projects forward without waiting for instructions.
Project Duration:
Mid-July 2025 – May 2026 (Go-live planned for April 2026)
Travel Expectations:
Approximately 50% travel to Michigan, depending on the project phase (requirements definition, migration, training, UAT, post-go-live support, etc.).

経験・スキル
SAP S/4HANA導入プロジェクトのFull PhaseでProject Managerのを成功させた経験 （できれば、日系企業のSAP導入プロジェクト経験）
上記、PM経験に加えて、過去にSAPのモジュールコンサルタントの経験。（今回のスコープ的にFICO系、又は、SD系の経験者が望ましい）
コミュニケーション力が高く、指示待ちではなく、率先してプロジェクトを推進してきた実績
プロジェクト期間:
2025年7月中旬～2026年5月 (2026/4稼働予定)
出張想定:
Phaseにより、50%程度のMIへの出張あり。(要件定義、移行、トレーニング、UAT、稼働後サポートなど)
