Responsibilities:
1) Client Communication:
• Assist in maintaining communication channels with existing clients, responding to inquiries, and providing product information promptly.
• Collaborate with the sales team to address client needs and concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
2) Order Processing:
• Aid in processing sales orders accurately and efficiently, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Assist in tracking orders, managing inventory availability, and resolving any order-related issues.
3) Sales Support:
• Provide assistance to the sales team in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
• Assist in conducting market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
4) Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, orders, and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Assist in generating sales reports, analyzing trends, and contributing to sales performance assessments.
5) Collaboration:
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including logistics, finance, and marketing, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer support.
6) Trade Shows and Events:
• Support the coordination of company participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
• Assist in setting up and managing the booth, interacting with potential clients, and promoting our products.

Qualifications:
1) Experience: Prior experience in sales support, customer service, or order processing is beneficial but not always required.
2)Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
3)Organization & Time Management: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
4)Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems and order processing software. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
5)Team Collaboration: Comfortable working with cross-functional teams, including logistics, finance, and marketing.
6)Problem-Solving Ability: Resourceful in resolving client issues and ensuring seamless operations.
7)Market Research Skills: Some knowledge of market trends and business development strategies.
8)Event Coordination Experience: Experience supporting trade shows and promotional events is a plus.
9)Language Skills: English proficiency is required. Knowledge of Japanese or Spanish is a big plus.
