Work hour: 9am-5:30pm M-F 40hrs/weekly
Location: NYC(Hybrid/1-2 per week onsite)
We are looking for bilingual candidates to join our project team, supporting the user training phase for our B to B customers.
End client is a Japanese bank.
Job description:
Responsible for the customer education and support for payment template data updates, entitlement updates, and new payment menu and balance report functionalities)
Creation of the customer user guide for payment creation and entitlement management
Required skill:
Experience in customer support
Experience in user guide creation
Excellent in Powerpoint, MSWord and Excel
Strong verbal and written communication with customer interaction experience
Japanese and English bilingual
ISO knowledge is a plus
UAT experience is a plus
