Japanese Overseas Travel Insurance Company's call center seeks a Japanese/English bilingual operator for immediate hire. Will be handling incoming calls from Japanese clients who bought their insurance who need their assistance and some other clerical duties as needed. Must have an excellent customer service skills business manners. Good communication skills in Japanese at Native level and English at Business level required. There'll be an early shift (8am-5pm), a late shift (11am-8pm), and weekend shift (Sat, 9am-6pm). Entry level welcome.
